5kg of fat and carcass , as I said above major disappointment totally gutted by this expensive disaster. My family are all foodies, my son is an experienced chef and owns his own restaurants he is in the Michelin guide and was cooking our Christmas dinner. I am happy to spend money on good food. It’s one of lives real pleasures. Never again will I trust my Christmas dinner to Pipers farm. How can a 5 kilo goose not feed 4 adults and one eleven month old baby boy. The goose was a long skinny carcass with tons of fat and next to no meat. Shocking!

Great flavour. Plenty to go round - 5 adults & 2 children. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very nice, flavoursome goose. Good packaging, arrived on the right day and bang on the time slot. Interior fat was already extracted, and included in the package.

Very fatty. After draining the fat during cooking, there was insufficient goose meat. Moreover, giblets and goose fat contained in a separate bag likely contributed to the weight of the goose. Disappointing experience.
