“I cooked the Goose Leg with small cubes of potatoes , letting them soak up all of the juices . The goose leg was one of the easiest things to cook . The meat was soft with a crisped outside . It's definitely something I could eat again and again.”

“Communication and delivery service excellent. The packaging was robust and products arrived chilled and fresh. The goose kegs were beautiful but I found the breast disappointing. It was tough.”
