I started using Pipers Farm for their more unusual produce some time ago (chicken hearts, pig skin, ox liver etc) but kept buying the usual brand duck breasts from the supermarket. What a mistake! Cooked 2 of these this evening (realistically we could have had 1 between us) and the difference is chalk and cheese. Texture and flavour! As good as the best restaurant duck I’ve ever eaten. Thank you Pipers Farm team :) Keep it up!

Great quality product. Some of the best duck I have had.

Deeply flavoured, lean and tender breasts that are fabulous both hot and cold. I pan-fried these and served with Japanese rice and pak choi sauted in ponzu, inspired by similar dishes I had when living in Japan. The quality of the meat was excellent, responding well to cooking over a high heat. The flavour had depth and subtlety. This is the standard to which all producrs should aspire

All your meat is lovely and the fact that it is proper free range means everything to me. The thought that you slaughter your animals in the kindess way possible is also a very important factor for me. Well done and thank you.

Browned these in frying pan and finished in oven for 20 minutes. They were delicious and very tender. Although a bit pricey they were a very large and each one could probably serve two people.
