“First time purchase and great service. Slow 3 hour roast, skin removed, meat stripped and kept in fridge overnight to confit in its own fat. Crisp skin on its own in oven and warm through confit meat to serve. Truly delicious flavoursome birds, much appreciated by all!”

“Delicious flavourful meat. Lovely crispy skin. Used the bones for stock - for two people including the stock this made four meals! A regular buy for me.”

“I was very pleased to find real free range ducks as I abhor the practice of keeping them in sheds. My ducks were delivered on time as promised, beautifully packed, and with full instructions. When I cooked the first it was a superb meal. I'm due to cook the second soon and will then buy more.”

“We have purchased meat from Pipers farm regularly over the past few years and have always been so impressed with the quality of their meat. It is outstanding! For a a special birthday celebration we wanted to cook our own Peking duck and so naturally I ordered from Pipers farm and was not disappointed. The duck was succulent, tender and full of flavour and it was perfect for such an important occasion! Thank you. Delivery is always when stated and everything is so well packaged.”

“2 Fresh ducks arrived on time. Proper fat ducks. Simply roasted and everyone thought that they were the best they had eaten. Really moist, not greasy and so much flavour. How can I go back to those thin things from the supermarkets Very expensive but worth it.”

“Delivery was quick and as promised. The 2 ducks look wonderful, but as they are for Christmas, we have not yet tasted them. My daughter recommended Pipers, and is always very pleased, so I am sure they are fine!”
