“I've ordered duck for a dinner party. One of my guests said that it was the best duck he has eaten. Meat was very tender and moist, skin was crispy and meat full of flavour. I will definitely order it again.”

“I used a Gordon Ramsay recipe to make a spiced aromatic duck - slow cooked in the oven for 3 hours, the skin was crisp and meat meltingly tender. Stunning. Lovely to enjoy beautiful duck which has been so obviously raised and treated well. Who knows where the meat comes from at a Chinese restaurant? I really care about provenance and Pipers Farm has been part of that education and greater awareness over the years. I have been buying from Pipers Farm since 2013 - ostensibly I think my first purchase might have been to obtain a goose for Christmas. In the past few years, it’s, with one or two exceptions, the only meat we buy. Generally, the free range and organic ranges from Waitrose and Daylesford just don’t come up to the standards Pipers Farm sets!”
