“This is the third time that I have bought large quantities of confit duck, as they feed a crowd deliciously and with very little effort. I have phoned Pipers Farm a few times with questions about delivery and storage and they have always been very helpful. My latest order won’t come until just before Christmas, but I’m expecting that the quality will be just as good. Ruth H”

“As always,the quality of the meat was exceptionally good. The meat was very tender and well cooked in the duck fat. It did need some sauce to go with it, but easily overcome with some red current jelly.”

“Not a massive fan of the plastic packaging (cannot be collected by Bristol council - but can be washed and put with plastic bag recycling in bigger supermarkets) but the confit duck was delicious. Makes a great, quick meal, tender and full of flavour.”
