“These such legs are delicious and the same high quality as all pipers meat. Slow cooked for 2/3 hours, rested then crisped for 20 minutes, these are a delicious meal. Make a lovely duck salad also, meat falls off the bone . Highly recommend. (Have also used duck breasts, large enough for 2 )”
