“I have ordered this before and know it is of very high quality. The meat is flavoursome and you can really tell that it was raised to high welfare standards as the bird looks appetising and smells fresh. I would say that the bird is small, probably only enough for 2-3 if you want a roast and some leftovers but that suits me. I would definitely recommend all of Pipers Farm meats, particularly the filled chicken breasts (the ones with apricot are lovely).”

“If your experience of chicken is supermarket mass produced or even their supposed free range birds then be ready for a big surprise. Pipers Farm chickens not only taste superb but you won't end up with a pan full of water and we always have plenty left for a Monday curry. Delivery service from Pipers Farm is excellent it always arrives when they say it will and everything is still frozen and well packaged to go straight into the freezer. PS Try the duck as well”
