“The best chicken I've eaten. We defrost in a brine and roast it. Dinner for four one night then chicken soup for four the next. The flavour is wonderful, the quality and flavour if the fat is brilliant - it's almost like butter. Yes they're more expensive than a supermarket chicken but it's satisfying in a way that commercially produced meat can't hope to be.”

“The chickens were first class. Unfortunately the bacon was more fat than meat and I cut the meat away and used it in a Lentil and bacon soup. The pies were good- not great but good. The sausages were very tasty.”
