“The flavour is so yummy. I make a very simple pate with just liver and lard. It's also great for meat-loving pets because the bird hasn't had to filter out added hormones, antibiotics etc which is often the culprit behind adverse reactions”

“These are lovely. I cooked them Chinese style and they were perfect. Love to eat parts of the animal that can often get wasted and these are very tasty and easy to cook. Good for you too!”
