“I like sausages but prefer to have the choice of other meats than pork. it;s good to get beef and lamb sausages but usually more difficult to source chicken especially proper;y reared or organic. These are lovely and can be used in many different ways. I put the first ones I cooked with a lovely crisp salad; more like a meat garnish.”
