“Please ensure that if the goods are sent with DpD they are deep frozen, if and when I order again, I do not want products left outside my door that are largely defrosted, or the order will be refused. You do not have an issue with your products just the fact you use a cheap delivery company that do not have refrigerated vehicles and in all the time I have dealt with your company, this is the third time DpD have got it wrong - not good. Never had any problems with previous carrier.”
