“An excellent product with a very good flavour. I wrap mine in streaky bacon and roast in the oven and then cut into medallion slices. There's always enough left over for a sandwich or salad for next day's lunch.”

“These are packaged individually so great for defrosting in my 3/4 size sink. I use these as a quick dinner for my son. Dry fry both sides to cook as much to the middle as possible, then cut into slices and fry each side so the middle is cooked. Good bye processed quick food, hello healthy protein for my growing boy :)”
