Made a lovely gravy and had it with the meat from the carcass - a bargain Sunday roast for one !!!

Best way for a rich stock is put in slow cooker for 6 hours. Makes delicious stock for soups and gravy

Plenty of meat still on the Carcass. Put two in the slow cooker for stock and it resulted in a full flavoured base for soups.

So much meat on these chicken carcasses! Packed flat so they take up minimum space in freezer. Good sturdy bags don't leak when de-frosting. The pieces of chicken left on the bones make a succulent snack or meal.
