Love these. Use to make bone broth/stock. Freeze in silicon trays, then store in box/bag for use in all sorts of dishes.

These are generous big chicken carcasses that make tasty broth. From two carcasses, I managed to get enough meat for a meal too - so was very happy.

I love soup, and being able to get chicken carcasses and lamb bones along with your good meats, makes my soups perfect and so much better than any stock cube could. I just dump them 8nto my instant pot covered in water for 2 hours. Nice jellied Stock.

As a naturopathic nutritionist I feel is so important to know that chicken was raised in happy environment on good nutrition, to make good broth. Thank you for that.
