“Ordered a couple of chicken carcasses alongside my main order. Used them to make stock for a Vietnamese pho and probably did not need to add any more chicken as there was so much meat in the carcass! Will be added to every order from now on!”

“To be honest, I expected mostly bones, but there was an amazing amount of meat left on the carcass which made it great for making stock. Will absolutely purchase again.”
