“Perfect for bone broth. As there is only one of me it's difficult to get through enough whole chickens to make broth. Buying the carcass on their own is great option.”

“These are brilliant. I use these for soup and stock making and get a surprising amount of meat from one. The flavour of Piper's farm chicken is nothing like supermarket chicken - it's a taste from childhood. Twenty minutes in my instant pot gives me my clear broth. I then strip the white meat and reserve it and crush the bones for a second boil which gives me a superb, gelatinous bone broth. Amazing flavour and superb nutrition for around £1. The best food in the world doesn't always need to be expensive.”
