“I regularly buy the chicken bones to make bone broth. They are excellent quality for money. The broth is deep in flavour and I have found to be far superior to supermarket meat.”

“It’s a must on my list each time. These carcasses of your special chickens make phenomenal stock. There is a lot of meat on them and with a bag of celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, it’s a beautiful chicken vegetable stock.”

“Beyond good value - I use loads of these because if I'm making a soup or a risotto my starting point is to throw one of these with a couple of cups of water into my instant pot and get amazing stock to use.”
