“These steaks are our favorite cut, packed full of flavour and foolproof to cook! We’re able to defrost the steaks over an entire day in the fridge or in a much shorter amount of time in the sink with warm water. “This was incredible! I have just found Piper’s Farm online after using their shop in Magdalen Road, Exeter in the past. This cut of beef was AMAZING! The cooking instructions were so excellent and it was like eating in a top class restaurant. Full of flavour and melt in the mouth steak. Sublime.”
