“When you buy products like these it will depend on what you are using them for (weight loss, carnivore diet and so forth). I have appraised as follows: Quality - excellent quality. Comes frozen vacuum sealed so no issues at all wumirh quality upon delivery. You can taste the fact this food is grass fed. Value - the meat us cut very much for sustainability and to the most yield from the carcass. Personally i find the lack of fat strip on the rump a little industrial and disappointing but daily rectified by serving with lard or butter. Some products are better value than others with offal very well priced. Transparency - well they fully document their slaughtering techniques and again this cannot be faulted. Very sustainable and nutritious way to farm meat. Taste - grass fed tastes different to grain fed. Rest assured you will get used to it especially if you take fat with your meat - it really brings out the flavour. Rest assured as well that you're getting meat that is as good as it possibly can be without slaughtering it yourself! The only deficiency might be vitamin c because it is only present in freshly slaughtered meat but i suspect there are a number of hours between slaughtering and freezing that this will be the same for all meat farms.”

“Delivered on time but not overly impressed with the meat unfortunately. Probably wouldn't order anything else. Steak was ok but not great. Lamb meat was very ordinary. Pork was the best thing I ordered.”
