“Excellent service meat arrives at a prearranged time and date. Ox liver must be the most nutrient dense meat. I enjoy it the old fashioned way with onions and your streaky bacon in the slow cooker. Like to support farmers who do things the right way giving us excellent grass fed meat.”

“The ox liver tasted great. I mixed it with mince for a Bolognese and it added a richer, deeper flavour. I also had chicken liver which was lighter. I may try that again”
