“Not sure if I cooked it correctly (but did follow instructions on Pipers Farm website) - it was a bit chewy, however it was full of flavour so all happy round our table.”

“Amazing flavour and exceptional quality beef. I couldn’t recommend this more. Allow the fat to render down to a blistering golden crispness and then flip it over to cook to your liking. For me, rare. Perfection on a plate!”

“This joint looks great. It’s still in freezer as I’ve brought it for our Christmas dinner. But I am sure like everything else we’ve brought from pipers farm it will make our family Christmas dinner an enjoyable meal. Pipers farm is always good quality.”

“I love shopping at Pipers farm, not just for the ethical value or the packaging I re-use to line my hanging baskets. Although these things are very important, all the meat is so full of flavour. This is a joint I’d never heard of before but has quickly become my favourite beef joint. It is a mixture of steak and roast beef, very succulent and juicy. We love it !”
