Excellent quality, tasted wonderful (just how beef should taste). I’ve now had 2 boxes delivered from Pipers - both on time, packaged well, all the meats have been really flavoursome and the ducks at Christmas - what can I say other than the best I’ve ever had. Good to know that all produce is reared ethically and small farms can be maintained. I will be ordering again. Thank you for your hard work, it’s certainly worth it!

I ordered this for Christmas dinner. The beef was amazing with an excellent amount of fat. Cooked to an internal temperature after resting of 65 degrees it was perfectly juicy and still well done enough to satisfy everyone and their variety of tastes.

The boneless rib was delivered promptly, it was beautifully packaged to ensure it remained chilled and fresh in transit. Absolutely delicious when cooked. We would never go back to turkey for Christmas lunch! Note: I followed the cooking instructions enclosed and the suggested timing was seriously inaccurate. A temperature probe showed the meat was still cold in the centre after the suggested timing, it needed another 30 minutes and with resting this meant the rest of the meal had to rest too. (I am a cook by profession and have top of the range ovens so I am confident it was the timing advice that was incorrect).
