“Cooked this low and slow for six hours with some root veg, pearl barley and stock to make a lovely broth. The meat fell apart and was delicious.”

“This shin is "to die for". The taste, when slow cooked, is rich, full and "divine" on the palette. It makes the best gravy ever, and I can't say I have ever tasted better.”
