I can absolutely recommend the grass fed diced beef shin. I made a beef rendang with the beef and after cooking it for several hours the beef shin was absolutely delicious and have the melt in the mouth experience. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed the beef rendang snd I shall buy more grass fed beef shin from Pipers Farm. Well done Pipers Farm.

Great for casseroles in our slow cooker. Sometimes combine this with the diced pork to make gulasch. All lovely.

Made what I call a Scottish broth, it's probably a far cry from it but my Dad was Scottish anyways used to make soup from beef shin and plenty of vegetables. Cooked it all in a pressure pot for 30-minutes and bobs your nanny. Couple of battered slices of bread or baguette and your next stop is heaven.

Made a slow cooked chilli for the family and it was delicious. Sealed the meat then slow cooked for 5 hours which made the meat tender but with a bite to it due to it bring shin.oh and also used beef stock made from the beef bones bought from pipers farm - I used my instant pot pressure cooker to make the stock.
