“I slow-cooked the diced beef shin, following(ish) an Occo Bucco receipe - it was a great hit with my friends who had dinner with us. Really good flavour and tenderness. Will definately do it again.”

“We slow cooked this in an earthenware casserole in the oven with the beef kidney and then made a steak and kidney pie with it - delicious. It's hard to get shin beef where we live, so we were extra appreciative.”
