“Sadly on this occasion ( unlike before ) the brisket was not at all good - it had sinew like fat all through it - it was difficult to get a good slice of meat and over 33% was simply not useable”

“Cooked in slow cooker for our roast on sunday, it was full of favour . Just what ive come to expect from pipers. Feed our family of five and some left for Monday’s evening meal too.”
