“I slow cooked this with carrots and potatoes, it fell to pieces and melted in the mouth. We had leftovers, so enjoyed the same meal twice and then used the remaining to make soup style lunches. Overall this piece made 9 meals and each one was wonderful!”

“Who says you need USDA brisket, this was so juicy, visibly not the same inter muscular fat but wrapped in the stall with no juice and it came out oozing with juices which make an excellent dip for your meat!”

“I used the Pipers Farm recipe in The Journal for Brisket and it was the centrepiece of our Birthday lunch celebrations. Tender and full of flavour I would definitely recommend this cut. Next time I'm planning to cure it and cook salt beef.”
