“Cooked to perfection on our Big Green Egg, this was a massive hit for everyone. Plenty of fat to keep it from going dry, oodles of flavour. Simply divine.”

“The brisket was extremely tasty, the only criticism was that it was a particularly fatty cut. There was a thick seam of fat running through the middle of the brisket so the meat was quite thin.”
