“Very small scrappy and uneven pieces. I wanted to make something special with it but totally unsuitable. I have not yet cooked the venison that was in the same order. I hope it is worth the fuel I use to cook it.”

“Absolutely amazing cut of meat if cooked low & slow this was my second purchase of the braising beef, first cooked goulash meat was extremely tender second cook was massaman curry absolutely delicious will definitely be buying more”
