“I had not had this cut before and was doubtful when I saw how much fat was on it when it arrived. How wrong I was ! After cooking in the Aga for 5 hours it was so tender and delicious, all the fat had melted away. The gravy was delicious as a result Thank you so much for a tasty meal !”

“They reduce a lot by slow cooking but flavour lovely and melt in the mouth. Expensive and you may be worth buying the 1.5kg for £25 that comes in one piece for parties larger than 4.”
