“Absolutely stunning cut of meat. Had it barbecued so the fat was beautifully charred but the meat was pink and tender. Definitely the best piece of meat I've ever tasted. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.”

“I’m a convert to sous vide so have mainly used this method and it results in tender, juicy utterly delicious steak. However, I also sautéed it the other day and it tasted as good. This cut is a find if you like real flavour and tenderness. Next task is to roast a whole joint!!”
