The first one ..I barbecued .. fantastic. The second..well it rained so I roasted, thumbs down. The third.. I had someone who is part of the seriously hoy polloy of the restaurant world coming to dinner. Panic! I slow roasted it for a day with veg. Delicious and a dish he remembers.

First time we tried this was so good i ordered another one in our next monthly order. Feed our family of five easily and some left over for their lunch boxes next day. As always with piper’s quality exceptional

I usually go for the much underrated 'weird bits' and they are both delicious and an excellent value. I also love the packaging--I reuse the plastic bags for my recycling and the wool lining for the garden.

I don’t want to say how amazing this cut is because I want it all to myself. Fantastic value. Beautiful flavour. What’s not to love?!

We followed the suggestion and cooked it hot and fast in the BBQ, rested then thinly sliced. Did it the rarer side of medium rare. Lovely tasty fat melted and rendered down, surprisingly tender, beautiful. Really really good, and a bargain. Gutted they’re sold out I’d have loaded the freezer
