“Unbelievably lush. I did this in the sous vide for our anniversary. It was so nice and thick I could really give it a proper good sear on the skillet. Perfect. Honestly, I didn’t think I was capable of such a thing. Totally helped by the quality of the meat. Very tasty. So impressed with Pipers Farm.”
