“This ribeye steak is absolutely delicious. I cooked it in a cast iron pan for 15 minutes and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend it.”

“Probably my bad, but I didn't read that the meat was frozen. Luckily the beef was of such great quality it survived the freezing process but I would never normally freeze beef.”

“It's hard to put into words how delicious the steak from the Ruby Red Cattle is. I've just finished a sharing rib eye which brought a tear to my eye it was so mouthwateringly juicy. You can always taste when an animal has been well looked after and this has gone down as one of the finest meals I've had. I can't recommend enough.”
