Roasted bones, then simmered for a few hours. Added some of tge stock to a shin of beef casserole abd it was amazing.

I love using the beef bones for making beef broth. I make up a big batch and drink it over the course of the week. I use the left over meaty bits for making a delicous stew for my husband and i. The bones are the best I've found.
