“The oxtail is delicious. I always cook it, cool it overnight and remove the layer of fat from the strained cooking liquor, before reheating it, and feel the second cooking adds to the flavour.”

“So much good meat, with a really tasty flavour. I always cook oxtail unthickened with a lot of veg and bacon, and skim the fat off after the first cooking. The meat is so rich, this really goes a long way.”

“Ordered 3x Oxtails. Most if it was the thinnest part of the tail whilst larger pieces were full of fat. Very surprised considering the other reviews. Very disappointed as its the first time I've used this company.”
