“Absolutely wonderful. I used two of those for a family gathering, slow cooked in the oven. I could tell they would taste great, just the right amount of fat! Outstanding taste. I had not cooked brisket for a while and it reminded me of all the glory and convenience of a slow cooked brisket.”
