“There was a large (by any standards) chunk of fat which we cut off before cooking, thus reducing the weight of the steak to 150g. This was disappointing. The flavour was ok but not outstanding.”

Hi Kim, So sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the volume of fat on your Sirloin steaks. Fat is often highly requested but I do understand this is not to everybody's taste.
