“It’s the first time I’d tried this and was really after the rawness, which you taste and feel. Together with a tang, almost like a ferment, very tasty just as it is.”

“Cannot review for taste yet as it went straight into freezer for use over the next month or so! It is very difficult to find raw dairy (other than cheese) let alone real buttermilk in the UK - so happy that you stock this!”

“More like kefir, which didn't happened. I wasn't sure about the color (slightly pink). Should buttermilk be white and fluffy? Tasted like milk with added culture.”
