“More Apple based with a subtle taste of mint. Loved the texture and flavour. Did not have that vinegar taste you get with other brands”

“We used this product for the first time yesterday on four lamb chops. The jelly was soft, fragrant and provided a great mint enhancement of the meat, unlike the more stringent and acidic tastes of supermarket brought mint jelly. I will definitely purchase another jar when this jar is finished.”

“I really liked this mint jelly. I use with main lamb hot meal as a side added condiment and also with cold meats. In addition I have used in casseroles. Service from Pipers Farm is excellent”
