“I’d thought of making my own ghee - I find it’s the best thing for making curries and chapatis - but I’d concluded that it was too much effort! :D So I thought I’d give this a try. The fact that it isn’t choc-full of preservatives and chemicals was what sold me on it. It’s great - and a little goes a long way. I’ll definitely be getting more when this jar’s finished.”

“Had never cooked with Ghee before but now it's hard to cook with anything else! Ghee has a very high burn point (unlike plain butter) and it's actually extremely good for health whilst tasting fantastic. I now only cook using ghee and thoroughly recommend this product.”
