“Delicious cheddar, I appreciate being able to buy raw cheese as it retains the enzymes which aid digestion. I generally struggle with cows' cheese but had no problems at all with this.”

“I was mindful of the health benefits of raw grass fed dairy I buy raw milk locally but I have no access to raw grassfed cheese. This is perfect as part of my order packaged considerately and tastey.”
