“I like products made with raw milk because of all the natural nutrients that are killed off by heat. I also enjoy goat and ewes cheese which is harder to find raw. This is lovely cheese and though made from cows milk is delicious and healthy.”

“One of the best British cheeses. So versatile, delicious in summer salads as well as melted for comforting winter means. Brilliant on a cheeseboard with some sweet pickle.”
