“Light and flaky croissants, with a nice flavour, not too sweet, so would also work well with savoury items. I didn't bother with the egg wash, but they turned out well anyway. Would definitely buy these again.”

“Incredibly tasty and if brushed with an egg wash look good as well. Best to leave them out in the open to proof as they don't proof very well in the fridge.”
