“I recommend even though mine failed to bake! I didn't have the oven high enough (operator fault I didn't check the oven) by the time I realised most of the butter had escaped, although we did get a part rise, the flavour was still wonderful.”

“Fabulous! The real thing. Just take them out of the freezer the night before and remember to have an egg/milk wash ready to brush them before baking. They puff up beautifully overnight.”
