“First use on my new ooni pizza oven and oh my gosh... this dough is incredible. I cooked two pizzas, one with this sourdough and another with supermarket pizza dough and there's absolutely no comparison. The difference is so clear. This dough wins hands down!”

“I’m writing this as I visit the site for my fourth order of dough. To be honest it’s not the cheapest but it’s very good quality - and can be bought in the perfect quantities. Paying less per ball but having to order 30-50 balls is a pain so this is ideal. It actually puts virtue pizza dough to shame and that’s their raison d’etre so that says it all about the quality on offer here - a well priced bag of shredded fiore di latte would be great to have available as well. Perhaps a selection of possible toppings - it’s hard to understate how big home pizza is right now. Anyway this is a great product”

“As novices, this review could have gone either way, but in a baptism of fire we hosted a pizza party for 12 and it was a success. we had advice from seasoned pro's and watched some videos online but ultimately getting a dough ball delivery took the stress out of the prep and the pizzas were delicious! Thank you!”
