“Dellivery was simple. Meat extremely well packed and labelled inside. Meat of very high quality and flavour is out of this world, but simple to cook.”

“I ordered the mutton special and find the meat quite tough and strong in flavour, (the Osso Bucco - knuckles) even after cooking for a long time in the oven. Next time I will order the lamb and hope it is more tender.”

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed our mutton box, all of our mutton is hung on the bone for 3 weeks to really intensify its bold rounded flavour.
