“I tried the Red Mullet not knowing what to expect, as I hadn't tried it prior, and very pleased. It's a textured fish with a very subtle taste. Rather nice and very easy to prepare.”

“Absolutely outstanding quality. Genuinely some of the best fish I've ever eaten. The packaging was great and I was amazed the fish still arrived frozen on one of the hottest days on record!”
