It is recommended to have previously completed CCC Cloud Technology Associate and CCC Virtualization Essentials and that participants are conversant with Cloud concepts and vocabulary. Participants further benefit from a strong background in IT service management, who have completed one or more certifications or who have practical experience in applying IT service management best-practices.

“This is one of the most enjoyable virtual courses I've been in a long while. The host conducted this course in a manner that we felt we were all in a classroom, participating from the very start of the course. The host was very knowledgeable, was able to relate to our experiences and accommodated the course to our specific needs. As a result of how well this course went, I was encouraged to take the exam (which wasn't a priority for taking the course) and I pass it :-) My gratitudes to Eddie! Fab couirse!”
